The mission of C&C is to provide organic produce, dairy and locally sourced, healthy ingredients whenever possible. We think of it as returning food back to normal – before the days of antibiotics, hormones, factory farming, farm raised fish and fast food. All of our animals are grass-fed, free range and wild caught. We source our animals whole from local farms such as our whole pigs from Flying Pigs Farm in Sushan, New York. This philosophy extends to our bar selection of local beers and cocktails created with our fresh, homemade juices.
Our mission is even reflected in our stunning chandelier, masterfully crafted from re-purposed wine jugs by local artist Andrew Poneros.
Our custom made twin brick, wood fired ovens can reach temperatures of up to a scorching 900+ degrees. Our ovens sear in juices and keep a roast, steak, short rib burger and our whole roasted pigs succulent, tender and flavorful. The multi-use ovens also cook the perfect artichoke, bake artisan flat breads and smoke chipotle peppers for our house-infused chipotle tequila
Cow & Clover cuisine is fresh, inventive and ever-changing. We believe that dining is an experience that must be equally uplifting and lively as it is delicious. We procure local ingredients when possible and strive to make unique food based on the classics.
We’re on the fast growing south side waterfront in Williamsburg, Our 3000 sq. foot dining room and open layout is perfect for large parties and communal dining.
